These metal testers are available with salient features like ±0.5 hrc accuracy for thin surfaces and up to 0.08 mm thickness for large parts. This portable metal hardness tester provides quick and accurate measurement of rockwell, brinell or vickers hardness values anywhere in or outside the manufacturing facilities. These metal testers are useful for testing chromium surfaces, nitrided surfaces, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, and hard or soft steels regardless of thickness. The metal testers come with a diamond indenter assuring accurate hardness readings on all surfaces. The metal testers are available with technical features like interchangeable test heads for performing tests on different shaped samples or finished parts; stand to facilitate testing of small, and difficult to handle parts; lightweight and compact size makes it effective hardness tester for any surface of large, cumbersome samples or manufactured parts. The metal testers are available with narrow, extended head is ideal for measuring hard to reach surface such as the inside of castings, finished housing, or machined surfaces. The testers come with microprocessor-based controller for storing more than 300 test results simultaneously, or are connected directly to computer through rs-232 interface, to a stationary or portable printer. |
