The sn-4 has a bimetallic snap disc, whcih when reaches its calibrated temperature, suddenly snap from convex to concave shape, thus operating the switch. Sn-4 snap disc thermostat is very compact in size, has no sharp edges. It is designed for low wattage domestic appliances like electrical heating pads, blankets, food warmers and wax heaters. The temperature ranges from 60 to 160°c. It can take load up to 2 a, 250 v ac.
