| Aniket industries manufactures spms, hydraulic systems, band saws, facing and centering machines, multi-spindle drilling machines, copy turning lathes, etc.Band saw machine is a double column fully automatic machine. Standard features: two column construction on which vertically moving and wheel arm is fixed; semi-automatic machine stops after each cut, whereas in automatic machines after each cut job will be indexed forward for set length and after cutting set number of pieces the machine stops; drive module is more stable due to double column construction and has exceptional rigidity due to second column at sufficient spacing; drive module is powered by motor with stepped pulleys for five steps of cutting speeds 20-100 m/min; hydraulic module is run on a motor with hydraulic pump to cater to lifting and lowering of band wheel arm while cutting operations; manual/auto mode of operations by electrical control/plc; precise cut off length setting is done by an imported length setting counter [±0.1 mm per 100 mm diameter of workpiece]; automatic head elevation and quick approach feeling device to approach the bar rapidly and after this device is actuated feed will start immediately without wasting time; carbide and roller blade guides are fitted on the sturdy blade guiding arms, which are moving on dovetail, guides which are most robust; split front vise for min length of end pieces in automatic operation [50 mm]; and precise feed and feed pressure is controlled by a system is a unique feature made in the design. The company manufactures these machines in capacities: 160/250/340/420/560/800/1000 mm.
