Vizag filters provides coalescing filters. These filters are useful in removing entrained oil, water mist, other liquids and solid particles efficiently from compressed air, natural gas and other gas streams. The coalescers and separators for compressed air and gas provide 99.9% efficiency on 0.3-micron aerosols if used within rated design conditions. These filters are available with salient features like convoluted design for larger surface area than conventional elements; low-pressure drop; high efficiency; high dust holding capacity and extended service life. The coalescing element consists of multiple layers of borosilicate glass media and pre filter layer supported by screen both upstream and downstream side and plated for maximum extended surface area.
