The loom is designed to run without any air-conditioning,
The mechanisms and frame structure allows the loom to air-cool itself in normal working conditions.
Ease of operation allows unskilled operators to understand the working of the loom
The loom offers electronic take-up [etu] as well as electronic let-off [elo] for controlling the tensions of the warp.
Dynamic pick control [dpc] feature allows weavers to have different pick density at any irregular intervals to give a complicated structure to its fabric.
Spun yarns: ne 120 - ne 1.8; filament yarns: 50 den - 2000 den
Specifically designed for indian environment.
High precision gear-box leads to lower vibrations and lower maintenance.
Features like etu, elo & dpc brings the ability to produce light, heavy, technical as well as fashion oriented fabrics.
