Cam driven hi-speed rapier loom from alidhra weavetech are user-friendly and easy to use with the highly complex control systems. This machine is versatile and reliable that has driven the passion for development of modern weaving. The loom used in this cam type rapier does not compromise of quality or reliability. The loom runs without any air-conditioning, thus lowering operating cost in a considerable amount. The dynamically designed mechanisms and frame structure of this cam type rapier allows loom to air-cool itself in normal working conditions. This rapier machine is based on the cam profiles system and is useful to control and manage movement of filling insertion elements and sley. The high-precision machines of alidhra weavetech have critical gearbox components with high reliability and repeatability amount thus lowering vibrations. The lower vibrations have lead to extremely low wear-n-tear and thus decrease the maintenance cost and times and have increased life of the loom. R600 cam type rapiers are available with dynamic pick control [dpc] feature, electronic take-up [etu] and electronic let-off [elo] to control the tensions of the warp.
