The company can manufactur various types of thermocouple assemblies like j, k, t, r and s and in various protection sheathings likes ss 316, ss 310, inconnel 600, ceramic tubes, etc., depending upon the temperature range and working environment. The thermocouples are checked against standard temperature - millivolt curves to assure calibration accuracy and must match the acceptance performance curves of the standard ansi accuracy limits. Thermocouple assemblies are generally used to measure temperature up to 1800º c. They can be used for most of the applications like surface temperature measurement, liquid or semi-solid temperature measurements, gas or vacuum temperature measurements, measurement of moulds, dies, platen, etc. Thermocouples are used to check correct temperature range; chemical resistance to the thermocouples or the sheath materials; abrasion and vibration resistance; quick response time; etc. |
