To suit different requirements involving highly corrosive fluids and high temperatures services, tthese polymer lined pumps are provided with a head of 130 m are available in variety of lining materials to suit different requirements involving highly corrosive fluids and high temperatures services. These polymer lined pumps exhibit excellent chemical as well as temperature resistance and can virtually replace expensive hastelloy-b, hastelloy-c and ceramic lined pumps. Some general specifications include: these pumps have a capacity of 250 m3/h with temperature ranging from -150 to - deg c. Some of the constructional features of these pumps include: the shaft of the pump is well protected by a confined ptfe sleeve gasket and the specially designed mechanical seal ensures reliability. The casing and back plate of this series are made of carbon steel [astm a 216 grade wcb], which is a standard feature. These are also available in s s 316 material on request. These pumps have the facility of externally adjusting the impeller clearance.
