| Vulcan eclipse manufactures high velocity, dual fuel eclipse thermo-jet burners which are nozzle mixing burners to produce hot gases at high forward and rotational velocities.The thermo-jet high velocity burners have up to 500 mph high velocity improve air circulation within the furnace while increasing heat penetration and temperature uniformity throughout the load.The result is more consistent product quality.These thermo-jet high velocity burners can be operated on-ratio, or with excess air which makes them ideal for wide range of industrial applications including heat-treating, kiln firing, annealing, stress relieving and drawing and slow cooling where oxidizing conditions are desirable. Thermo-jet high velocity burners are ideal for multi-purpose furnaces such as one operating at 1800 °f for hardening and 1100 °f for annealing with the excess air capabilities. Thermo-jet burners can maintain furnace temperatures up to 2500 °f using any clean fuel gas or light oil with 500,000 btu/hr maximum capacities on both gas and oil for 84tj-cgo and 965,000 btu/hr for the 104tj-cgo.Turndowns are approximately 7 to 1 on gas and 3 to 1 on oil.
