| Vulcan eclipse supplies medium velocity tempered air burners, model eclipse mvtacgo. This is a versatile nozzle mixing dual fuel burner made to discharge intense stream of hot gases into a furnace. The furnace circulation induced by this stream promotes temperature uniformity and operating efficiency. These burners are used for applications in which sufficient furnace circulation can be attained with burner discharge velocities of the order of 150 mph. These burners find typical applications in heat treating, kiln preheating and firing, annealing, stress relieving and drawing or slow cooling where oxidizing conditions are desired. These burners also work well when firing multi purpose furnaces like one operating at 1800° f for hardening and 1000° f for annealing.
