| Virtual instruments supplies a portable digital pressure/vacuum indicator. This is a micro-controller based unit working on 9 v battery. The instrument comprises of an excitation source, low noise instrumentation amplifier and 3-1/2 or 4-1/2 digit dpm with lcd display. A very high accuracy is achieved through a built-in imported pressure sensor. Positive peak/negative peak [valley] can be read on the display by pressing a key available on the front panel. Programming of decimal point and software calibration facility is a standard feature of the instrument. The instrument is very useful to take measurements at a number of points within a few seconds with a range of -1 bar to +1 bar/+2 bar. The total weight of the instrument is approximately 400 gm. Other facilities includes: data up to 2000 values can be stored in non-volatile memory; rs 232 c interface is available to down load the data to a pc; and conversion of data from one engineering unit to other can be provided [psi-bar-kg/cm2]
