The becker diamantwerkzeuge gmbh [founded in 1987] has been occupied with the development, production and distribution of precision machining tools made of ultra-hard cutting materials, such as natural diamond, synthetic diamond and cubic boron nitride [cbn], for more than 35 years. Their tools find their applications are used mainly in the metal processing industry and in mould making. Products range include:: solid inserts negative/positive are available in coated versions - in three different varieties - pbc-10s [bh-c], 95% cbn volume for gg, sintered steel and super alloys, pbc-25s [bh-c], 65% cbn volume for the hard machining and pbc-40s [bh-c], 50% cbn volume in the super fine grit for the hard machining. Clientele includes auto majors, heavy engineering industry, die and mould machining industry and other precision engineering industries.Iso-hardcut - entire range of iso geometry inserts in a variety of pcd and cbn grades; sandwich inserts [newly developed] the sandwich version brazed in one single set-up thereby providing higher consistency, lesser manufacturing cost and possibility of regrinding; all type of negative inserts being manufactured [multiple edge tipped/double full faced].
