| Magnetic parts and chip conveyors from universal precision tools, hubli, are manufactured to deliver ferrous materials such as small parts, stampings, chips and turnings. The conveyor is a completely enclosed construction and there are no external moving parts to get jammed and break. Powerful magnets of the conveyor attract, hold parts or chips and slide them over a smooth stainless steel top plate. The liquid tight construction enables the lower part of the conveyor to be totally submerged in oil or coolant tanks. Suitable to work under hazardous conditions, the magnetic conveyors can be used in temperatures up to 80[c and carry parts, which are difficult to handle. These conveyors are very useful devices for supplier of fasteners, pressed components, heat treatment shops and automotives to save machine down time and labour substantially, thereby increasing productivity. Conveyors are available in various sizes and shapes. Depending on the volume of material to be handled and working conditions, you can select an appropriate model and configuration. Standard conveyors can be supplied in horizontal or up to 60[inclination. Construction: universal magnetic conveyors are rigid in construction. The body is fabricated in steel, the top sliding plate in non-magnetic stainless steel, the rollers and shafts in high carbon steel. The internal magnetic assembly is totally enclosed mounted on the roller chain and is driven by a heavy-duty geared motor designed to mark continuously. Positive lubrication is provided for all bearings and moving parts.
