| Universal precision tools produces magnetic coolant filters for separation of ferrous contamination from coolants. The magnetic coolant filters are lightweight and compact in design, which can be installed easily. Its powerful magnetic drum is driven by a heavy duty double worm reduction geared motor with end rpm of 2.5. As a result the polluted liquid passes through the drum and the ferrous particles are arrested without slip due to the specially designed cavity and then an oil resistant rubber roller squeezes the dust dry which is scraped out incessantly. The filtration reaches up to 95%. Magnetic coolant filters are used for grinding, honing, machining operations and spms .
