| Universal precision tools has introduced high pressure coolant systems for indigenous and imported machines. These systems provide high degree of productivity and are reliable, trouble-free and work with minimum attention. The system normally includes three stages of filtration 1] chip conveyor for handling heavier chips, 2] rotary drum filter for elimination of finer chips and 3] cartridge filters in final stage with an accuracy of 5 microns. The company also offers high pressure pumps with pressure up to 100 bar for through tool application. The systems are complete with high/low level controls, pressure and flow switches, and are monitored by plcs for accurate sequence control. These systems incorporate features like oil skimmer for removal of scum and refrigerated cooler for temperature control. . Flow rates vary from 100 lpm to 5,000 lpm.
