| Thermokabel instrumentation cables and thermocouple compensating and extension cables find their applications inprocess control and automation in industries like fertilizers, petrochemical, chemical, cement, steel and power plants [both nuclear and thermal] and other industries. The product range includes: instrument signal cables; single/multicore in pair/triad/quad constructions. Conductor sizes vary from 0.5 to 2.5 sq mm and above [copper conductor]. These thermocouple cables have some technical features which include: may be screened either overall or both individually and overall with al-mylar tape or copper wire braiding. Control cables: single/multicore with solid/stranded [copper conductor] ranging in sizes from 1.5 to 2.5 sq mm and above. Thermocouple compensating and extension cables on offer are k, j, t, e, s and r types and conductor sizes 16, 18, 20 swg single/multi pair. Cables for high temperature application are ptfe insulated with asbestos/fibreglass braiding and silicone varnish insulated [250°c]. Choice of insulation includes pvc/hr pvc/frls/fibreglass/ptfe. Both armoured/unarmoured types can be supplied. Thermopads cables are designedconforming to national and international standards and specifications with rigid quality control procedures. Quality is ensured by a well-equipped testing laboratory. Use of superior quality raw materials and quality consciousness results in excellent quality products. Well-equipped wire drawing and pvc compounding facilities are also set up by the company.
