| Synergic india manufactures boiler pre-heating application which is an energy saving application. The high efficiency boilers usually operate at less than rated efficiency during the preheating whereas the solar thermal systems can save energy cost to take water from ambient temperature to boiling point. Synergic has designed and installed solar water heating systems working on forced flow, open loop principles which can operate at highest possible efficiency levels with this design and generate 80- 85°c continuous hot water which can be fed directly to the boiler. The payback period of these systems without considering the income tax benefits works out to around 2 years. The solar water heating systems are also applicable to enhance condensate recovery up to 85°c apart from preheating required cold water. The cost of the system is a one-time investment and works out to rs 125/- to 140/- per litre based on site conditions.
