| Switzer instrument limited offers a complete range of level instruments of delavan, usa. The operating principle is as follows: i]energizing the sensing probe with a radio frequency signal. Ii]when the process level changes, a change of capacitance occurs resulting in a very large change of frequency. Iii]this change is detected and compensated with preset values in the electronic measuring circuit. Iv]after proper amplification, this signal is used to give a contact output or 4-20 ma dc signal to operate relays .Instruments are available either with integral or remote mounted electronics, single point or dual point level switches. Typical applications include detection of liquids, bulk solid materials and free flowing materials. The level instruments are also used to control and sequence pumps. Salient features: high temperature handling with special purpose probes, ability to detect special design, ignoring material build-up, etc.
