• Add to Inquiry Basket | Powder metallurgy is an art of producing near-net shaped components by forming technique, and then sintering them under controlled temperature and atmosphere. Swadeshi gears provides various sintered components used in automotive and non-automotive applications. The product range include bushes and structural parts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Various cylindrical, spherical, flange bushes, gears for oil pumps, shoe pole pieces, actuator parts, lock parts, window reglators, speedometers and various other sintered components for automotive instruments are also developed. Besides these applications also manufactured are components for non-automotive sectors, including bushes for micro-motors, power tools, sewing machines, fans and other home appliances. Secondary operations [if required] like drillling, tapping, milling, turning, deburring and oil impregnation can also be performed. |
