• Add to Inquiry Basket | Surral painting equipments & system offer electronic spraying equipments. Xtrememix from surral painting equipments & system is plural component electronic proportioning spraying equipment and are applicable for applying polyurethane and epoxy primer, mio and top-coat paints. The purpose of using these equipments is to mix the base and hardener before the gun. They can be used to spray the material having pot life of more than 15 minutes by which the equipment will save the paint, ensuring quality of finish and time. The equipments can be used as air spray, airless and air assisted airless. They can spray any ratio from 0.1:1 to 30:1 with an increment of 0.1, and hence one can spray any material having different ratio. The xtrememix has got two pumps which pump the base and hardener separately according to the set proportion in to the static mixer where both get mixed thoroughly and further get mixed through the hose till it gets sprayed by the spray gun. By this method one always ensures that the fresh material mixed and sprayed and aging problem is avoided and the ratio accuracy is ±0.5 per cent. Simple user controls and turn-of-a-key ratio changes help take the guessing out of plural-component mixing. With less hand-mixing, one can increase productivity and save money on materials and labour. |
