| Super glatt machinery manufactures zeal brand helical gear units. They are smooth, smart and have silent functioning. Modular design of the helical gear unit conforms to established standards. Features of the helical gear unit: the gear body is good in appearance, it is made of close grain cast iron of grade- 20, and machined on imported boring machine. The gear and pinion is made from case hardened alloy steel and profile grinding after case hardening and tempering, on imported gear grinding machine. The helical gear unit comes with in-built heavy duty thrust and roller bearings. Pinion, gears and bearings are automatically and positively lubricated at all spread by splash of oil from the sump. This automation in lubrication renders special attention unnecessary except periodically checking of oil level. In-built heavy-duty thrust bearing eliminates need of separate thrust housing between gearbox and barrel.
