| Star cooling tower is a supplier of refrigerated air dryers. Working principle: compressed air coming out of the air compressor is contaminated with moisture, oil, and dust particles. The air should be cleaned before going to the pneumatic equipments. There is one way of removing the moisture from the compressed air by cooling the air down to 4°c. The refrigerated air drier having pre cooler [air to air heat exchangers] cools the incoming warm air with the outgoing cold dry air. The pre-cooled air is further cooled down in the evaporator by means of the refrigerant and it passes through the moisture separator to automatically remove the condensed water particles from the compressed air. Salient features of the refrigerated air dryers: refrigerant driers have hermetically sealed compressor for smaller capacity and open type for higher capacities; air-cooled/water-cooled condenser as per atmospheric conditions and sizes; tube in tube, heat exchangers made of copper used for pre cooler and evaporator for effective heat transfer; led temperature display provided to monitor the dew point; non-cycling design provides consistently maintained low dew point; hot gas bypass line capillary tube provided to operate the drier effectively; skid mounted puf insulated ready to use condition; and dew point achieved + 4°c pressure dew point. Applications of the refrigerated air dryers: cnc machines, painting systems, instruments, etc.
