Solar biotronic laboratories introduces sealed keyboard panels. These keyboard panels have the outstanding to bear up such as harsh environments like high temperature, moisture, dust, humidity, etc. For this level of tolerance it is very suitable for machine tool applications. The keyboards consist of a snap dome switches assembled on a glass epoxy pcb and sealed using industrial grade adhesives. The top layer [overlay] is screen printed on a polyester sheet with the key functions in a variety of colours. The keyboards operate in a temperature range of -50 to +50 c and can withstand exposure to cutting oils, lubricating oils, etc. These sealed keyboard panels are widely used in machining centres, edms, cnc lathes, injection moulding machines, etc.
