• Add to Inquiry Basket | Siddhapura industries offers drilling machines [model si-3]. These drilling machines are provided with various design features. Various technical features of these drilling machines include: machine capacity 40 mm; column diameter 130 mm; centre of spindle to column 305 mm; distance spindle to table 515 mm; distance spindle to base 1040 mm, spindle nose mt-4, spindle travel 215 mm; range of spindle speed 75/2070 rpm; number of spindle speed 8; and overall height with guard 1830 mm. Following are some of the hardware features of these drilling machines: the base plates and coolant tanks are engulfed with equally scaled base plate and t-slots provided in the base plates are duly machined. Levelled foundation of the base plates includes bolts. Double column is grinded by wmw german make cylindrical grinder running with two bearings provided in the base plates, which ensure efficiency and long lasting. Main spindles made from alloy steel with 6 slots are machined by hobber machines and mt bore is provided internally grinded by internal grinding machines as well as running parts are hardened and ground. Wherever provision for lifting up and down to sleeve/arm of the machine provided auto cut switches to avoid accidents is provided including other parts as well wherever necessary. Day-to-day improvements are contemplated for better performance of the machines. |
