Shiv Engineers are a network of veteran engineers specialized in the area of Manufacture and Export of Fill and Packaging and Food Processing Equipment.The cored and sized pineapples are placed in the freed tray of the slicer. A drum takes up the fruits and a gang of shearing knives slices them in a single operation into approx.12 mm thick slices. The slices then collect in a removable collection tray below. It has a capacity of 2000 pineapple cylinders per hour.
