| Intecont plus from sjnl is a microprocessor-based measuring system . This weighing system is used in continuous weighing systems such as weighfeeders, belt weighers, weigh belts and solids flowmeters. Some of the technical features which are provided by this weighing system which include:performs the dual function of processing and displaying various parameters in a continuous weighing system such as speed, instantaneous load, feed rate, etc, and at the same time it sends feedback signal for controlling the same; following are some electrical features of this system which include: instantaneous load [on the belt or on the flowmeters as the case may be] is sensed by the load cell, and belt speed [wherever applicable] is fed to the processor [intercont plus], processed and final output is available as the flow rate. The totalised amount is obtained by integration of this value. A 16-bit computer is used by the intecont plus measuring system for better resolution;has high flexibility and convenient operation with ergonomically designed keyboard, and luminescent, antiglare, two-line display.
