Cushion gum line with 3 roll calender has some general features which include: 6`` x 18`` , 8``x 24 `` calenders are most popular for cushion/tapes/treads. These calenders are most economical for specific for specific purpose and avoids extra expenditure due to simplicity in design. Accuracy demanded are met with precise tolerances in manufacturing. Technical specifications include: sizes available : dia[mm]: 150 200 250 300 400 450 560; face [mm] : 450 610 750 910 1220 1370 1700; types : 2 roll - vertical, 3 roll `i" type, 4 roll `l`, inverted l, s or expanded s; drive : ac constant or dc variable line speed gear drive, semi-uni-drive & uni-drive; line equipment : let offs, fastooner accumulator, splicepress, heating/cooling trains, winder stations. Some additional features include : preloading, roll-bending, cross-axis.
