| Santosh rubber machinery provides performer and strainer system first time in india. Blankex-50 is one of the model of the performer and strainer system which comprising of a cold feed extruder / gear pump system for processing varieties of rubber compounds. These compounds are used for preforming & blank cutting; extrusion of profiles; straining of rubber compounds ; feeding calender. One outstanding feature of this system is: cold feed extrusion with lower power consumption with unique gear pump for perfect metering and discharging of rubber compound at constant rate with built-in combination of die head assembly and integrated cutting unit with intelligent touch screen control system. Some of the special and advantageous features include: no warming mill required hence power, labour and investment saving; wastage due to higher weight & rejections due to lower weight in compression moulding is avoided; it is a continuous process instead f batch to batch performing or straining hence once the parameters are set it is a continuous process; improved accuracy in weight and size; no large residue as compound left would be very small in quantity which can be cleaned easily; less space occupied as the machine is compact in design; as the extruder is cold feed type, defects due to feed temperature variation and warming time will not be there; facility for memory to keep many recipe`s provided in the control system; the control system is user friendly with touch screen with automatic blank weight control; automatic temp; control for various zone with tcu`s; easy maintenance, compact design, no hydraulics involved hence no costly spares.
