| Sanghi overseas is a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial gas plants. The company`s range of products is technology driven and meets all customer specifications. It manufactures oxygen/nitrogen plant with an efficient expansion engine, lowers operating pressures to a remarkable 32-35 kg/cm², cuts power consumption and adds to safety. Another product is liquid oxygen pump that is a single acting piston pump. It is used for filling oxygen into cylinders up to a pressure of 165 kg/cm² and 200 kg/cm²g. Expansion engine is a vertical single acting reciprocating type engine. This engine can be considered under three major units - the drive unit, the cylinder unit for air expansion and the hydraulic systems for operating the valves. The acetylene plants from the company are of indigenous manufacture. Experienced engineers have carefully designed every part. The nitrous oxide plant from the company is a plant with an eficient generation system, which reduces power consumption and adds on to safety. The carbon dioxide plant uses a modernised process by which high purity and right quality co2 can be obtained. The plant has the latest automatic control equipment and is easy to operate and requires very little maintenance. Besides manufacture and export of oxygen/nitrogen plants, acetylene plants and nitrous oxide plants the company also supplies the following ancillaries like molecular sieve batter, purifying mass and l k mixture, distribution panel, water pump, weighing scale, oxy/nitro cylinder trolley, water softener plant, compressor for dissolved acetylene, cooling tower, acetone pump, valves, lg cylinders, vaporisers, analysers, gas compressors, cylinder testing equipment and futuristic control panel.
