Roman material handling systems co manufactures automatic batching system. Normally there will be six to eight materials stored in storage silos. There are electro magnetic vibratory feeders at the bottom openings of each silo. Vibratory feeders have two speed controls for coarse feeding and fine feeding of the material. These special controls ensure accuracy of batch quantities. There are 3 to 6 weigh hoppers. But the number of the weigh hopper might change depending upon the output requirements and accuracy desired. The formulation of the batch is programmed in the computer and the same can be varied from time to time as per the requirements of specific glass types and the raw material lots. There will be a furnace feeder, which will feed the mixed material depending on the signal from the furnace level control system. The company has the capability to handle all the materials from stockyard to the furnace feeding. It undertakes batch house projects on turnkey basis and takes up the complete responsibility from conceptualisation to commissioning.
