• Add to Inquiry Basket | Rita laser marking systems presents fibre laser marking machine for marking on all the metals, alloys, plastics, rubbers, etc. The machine is being used in industries for marking on carbides, metals, oil seats, auto components, brake linings, glass, piston pins, watch components, hall markings, etc. The machine requires only 250 w of electricity and the running cost is lowest compared to other machines and methods. The machine requires minimal maintenance with high productivity. The 20-w pulsed fibre laser is air-cooled. The lamp changing, chiller maintenance and frequent alignment are not required and hence there is minimum down time. The standard marking area is 100 x 100 mm and higher marking areas are also incorporated on requirement. This laser marking system is operated by customized and user-friendly marking software. The machine is fitted with auto focus, motorized z stage and radiation protection windows. The machine is capable of marking all alpha numerics, logos, designs, barcodes, datamatrix codes, auto serial numbers etc direct from computer to the product without any intermediate process. The laser marking is permanent, indelible, non-imitable, unmatched image flexibility with no chemicals/inks/additives.
