• Add to Inquiry Basket | Osaw agro industries has manufactured model d2 pex destoner to remove stones from cereals, grains, seeds, etc. The machine is useful to remove heavy foreign contaminants like stones, metallic and glass pieces, etc., from grains and seeds of all crops. The destoners are available with the working principle of weight/gravity separations with stratification by positive pressure fan. Some of the salient features of these destoners are all steel welded construction; compact and rugged design; low power consumption; rectangular vibrating deck; silent and smooth operation; having least vibrations thereby ensuring smooth operation; dynamically balanced fan; total recovery of grains/seeds without wastage during destining operation; pre-wired from electric motor to panel; complete with electric motor and panel; made on cnc machine and powder coated paint; and electronic timer with solenoid valve for stone discharging depending on commodity to be de-stoned.
