• Add to Inquiry Basket | Osaw agro industries manufactures model universal cleaner-30 universal seed cleaner and grading machinery. This machinery is suitable for efficient cleaning and fine cleaning of all cereal grains, malting barley, coffee beans, and rice and pulse milling plants. The same universal cleaner-30 universal seed cleaner and grading machinery can also be used as a pre-cleaner as well as fine cleaner after changing the sieve pattern. Operation technique includes seeds/grain fed into feed hopper where they are evenly distributed and dropped through controlled gate on three sieve layers; before falling on each screen layer, grains are subjected to primary aspiration, which drains off chaff, straw, dust, deceased grains, etc; and then the material is passed through sieve sections for separation according to width and thickness. Some of the salient features of these universal seed cleaner and grading machinery include specially designed rubber balls to clean sieve perforations; cleaned material again passes through air sifter and aspiration, where remaining light particles are sucked off by strong upward draught of air after passing through screens; and discharge chutes collects the final product and impurities separately.
