• Add to Inquiry Basket | Om sai industries manufactures is leading manufacturer of kalashree-bio-mass water heaters/boilers, in the business since 10 years. These water heaters/boilers are offeredmanufactured from quality iron/msmetal and non-burning/non-rusting, long lasting quality ss metal by sheet rolling and arc/tig welding process. The units are manufactured for domestic use in 28,35 and 50 itr water capacity and from 70 up to 2000 itr for commercial use, in attractive models. Various structural features of these biomass water heaters includes: tthese arc strong and sturdy with in-built and unique infrastructure such as cylindrical water container, vertically erected heating/smoke pipes, inlet/outlet water connection sockets, combustion chamber with square door, ash-pit, steam re-lease socket, temperature gauge and separate ms-chimney, specifically for commercial models, anywhere in the entire operating system of the unit. The domestic models come with in different configuration, the domestic models are provided such as- a plastic funnel to provide water by hand in the absence of over-head tank and plastic water tap for outlet pipe. One of the special feature of the water heater is:these water heaters/boilers are run on biomass, i.E., on domestic waste, dry cow-dung, paper, pieces of wood, garbage, dry leaves of trees, coconut-shells and other agricultural waste, etc. As electric power and lpg gas are not required - 80% of the fuel cost will be saved directly by usage of these units. The space of the accomodation of the water heater:water heaters/boilers can be accommodated in space measuring from 1 ft to 3 ft. The specifically heated but totally unused hot water remains hot, as it is, for subsequent period of 2 to 3hours depending upon metal and water capacity of the unit. This can be extended up to 24 hours by application of special insulation process, if required, at an extra cost. The units of the biomass water heaters are manufactured for domestic use in 28,35 and 50 ltr water capacity and from 70 up to 2000 itr for commercial use, in attractive models. |
