• Add to Inquiry Basket | Powermag control systems offers variable frequency drive for 0.75 kw to 110 kw-3-phase ac motors. These are fully digital, 100 percent indigenous with proven technology and application: high performance with reliability; component level service: and more economical, with after-sales support. These drives perform precise speed control of standard squirrel-cage motors; and help to improve in productivity, efficiency, reduce operating costs, and to achieve the optimum benefits. Powermag frequency drive is designed to suit virtually any application or operating environment with a complete selection of all electrical parameters. The control circuitry is centred on a 16-bit micro-controller. The control method used is space vector modulation, which optimises utilisation of input voltage and facilitates smooth rotation of the motor at low speeds. Technical data: main connection voltage - 3-phase, 380 to 500v ac; frequency -50 to 60 hz; motor connection voltage - 3-phase from 0 to applied incoming supply voltage; frequency - 0 to 400 hz; environmental limits - ambient temperature 0 to 50c; enclosure - ip: 20: and protection - over current, short circuit, over voltage, under voltage, over temperature input phase loss, output phase loss, and motor overload. Features: igbt inverter; digital control by 16-bit micro-controller; frequency control range from 0 to 400 hz,; programmable acceleration and deceleration time; selectable v/f patterns; 3 ranges of skip frequencies; multi-motor control using rs 485 interface; digital and analogue speed control. 0 to iov/4 to 20 ma analogue input and output signal: programmable switching frequency from 3 khz to 15 khz, etc. |
