PJGPL is manufacturing, Ring Joint Gaskets, Spiral Wound Gaskets, Jacketed Gaskets, Corrugated Gaskets, Profile Gaskets, and other types of Metallic & Non Metallic Gaskets, as per ANSI / ASME / API & other International Standards .
PJGPL supplies Gaskets for Valves & Wellheads , Oilfield Equipments , Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, Pipe connections, etc. Our major Customers are Oil Refineries ,Fertilizers plants, Petrochemical complexes,Process equipments, Chemical & Process Industries, Power generations units, Pump , Internal combustion engines, etc. | | | Nature of Business | Ring Rolling / Rolled Ring -
Seamless Forged rings are manufactured by Ring Rolling. The process consists of a metal preform [pierced discs or thick walled, ring shaped blanks] called Donut. This Donut is heated and placed over the idler. The idler applies pressure to the metal preform against the Drive roll. Ring Diameter are increased as the continuous pressure reduces the wall thickness. The axial rolls control the height of the ring.
The advantage of the ring rolling process is the reduction in rough weight in this type of forging, thereby making huge saving in raw material costs and machining time & costs.
PJGPL rolled rings are manufactured in material like, Alloy Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Copper, Stainless Steel, etc., upto 1 meter [1000mm] in Diameters. We also machine these rings as customer drawings and specifications, on our CNC machines and Special Purpose machines.
Centrifugal Casting
Centrifugal casting are frequently referred to as "liquid forgings" because in the centrifugal process, molten metal is poured into the spinning mold and spinning continued until the metal solidifies. Physical prosperities such as tensile, creep, and fatigue strength are increased up to 30 percent over static and investment casting methods. Centrifugal cast metal purity withstands greater overload and strain without fracture. Blowholes, porosity, and inclusions are eliminated the centrifugal casting exhibit a denser, closer-grained structure with greatly improved physical properties.
Centrifugal casting is the casting process specifically suited to the production of cylindrical parts. Raw material consumption is reduced, machining time is minimized, and resulting is reduced material & labor costs.
PJGPL centrifugal casting are manufactured in material like, Aluminum Bronze, Manganese Bronze, Nickel Bronze, Phosphor Bronze, Gun Metal & other Copper Alloys, Stainless Steel, etc. We also machine these centrifugal casting as customer drawing & specifications, on our CNC machines & Special Purpose machines.
Flash Butt Welding -
Flash butt welding is a process designed to produce a forge type butt weld between two metal pieces of similar shape. It is used to join ends of rods, strips, rings, tubs, forgings & fittings. The weld joint is as strong as the parent metal without the aid of any filler material. The flash butt welding process is used to weld with high precision and reliability, Rings and other Components used for various applications.
PJGPL flash butt-welded rings are manufactures from extruded & rolled bar, coiled & flash butt welded in material including Carbon Steels, Stainless Steel, etc.
