| Nucon offers compressed air treatment and pneumatic solutions at competitive prices through its quality products and quick service. The company has a wide range of products to offer and these include pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic valves, air treatment equipments. It also brings high-class technical support through an understanding of user applications. Airline equipments have modular construction with ease of assembly and disassembly. Midi and big series are provided with metal guards to polycarbonate bowl as standard supply: convenient push-in turn bowl-guard design for midi and big series; threaded polycarbonate bowl without bowl guard for mini series; and manual condensate drain as standard. Optional condensate drain units are available in semi-auto [optional], auto drain [optional with extra cost] only for midi and big series. Specifications: filtering grade - 40 micron [mini, midi]; and 5 micron [big]; air line equipments have pressure regulator with non-rising stem and push-in to lock mechanism; pressure setting range is 0.5-8.5 kg/cm²; max service pressure 9.5 kg/cm² and temperature 60ºc; condensate holding capacity 15 cc [mini]; 60 cc [midi]; 100 cc [big]; lubricator bowl capacity - 25 cc [mini], 90 cc [midi] and 160 cc [big]; recommended lubricating oil grade iso-vg32 or equivalent; and graduated lubrication control knob for metered flow, with in one revolution. Airline equipments provide easy and correctly adjusted lubricating oil flow as per requirement. Combination units, filter-regulator, regulator units are supplied with pressure gauges. Materials used are aluminium die cast housings, transparent polycarbonate bowl with metal bowl guard in steel, seals in nbr, and pressure adjusting knob in pom.
