| Modi arc electrodes have recently upgraded their stainless steel electrodes. The upgraded electrodes, apart from conforming to the relevant aws and is specifications, match and surpass the existing equivalent brands in the market.The electrodes now come in superior packaging in plastic cartons. The salient features of the upgraded products are mentioned as follows: the electrodes can be operated on low ocv transformer; slag is self-peeling in flat position; flux coating is heat resistant which means no cracking in the coating even after using 75% of the electrode length; metal transfer is extremely smooth; bead is flatter in vertical position; spatters are almost negligible; and, metal recovery is high.
