Model md-600 is a rotary die cutter , a first in india. It is ruggedly built for reliable operation and it can handle the most intricate shapes . These rotary die cutters can also handleand the smallest cut-outs. No make ready is required and the interchanging of dies is quick and easy which . This enables greater production flexibility, higher quality and it also enables better profits on long cr short runs. The cutter consists of two sections-a kick feeding mechanism with vacuum assistance which is for accurate feeding and a unit with an upper die roll and lower cylinder. The lower cylinder of the die cutter has extremely slow transversal oscillation. Rotary die cutterthe machine is equipped with a jogger conveyor. Model md-600 rotary die cutter is available in six different sizes to suit individual requirements.
