| Mekaster have developed a wide range of lightweight and cassette type torque wrenches as well as ratcheting hex wrench models. The other products provided by the company include up to 2700 nm mechanical torque wrenches, up to 13,000 nm torque multipliers, up to 38,000 nm hydraulic. The latest range of hydraulic torque wrenches compliment to the existing range of steel body hydraulic torque wrenches. These hydraulic torque are useful for tightening and loosening at various locations with 40 nm to 27,000 nm operating torque range in square drives. The hydraulic torque wrenches are available with salient feature of high torque to weight ratio, high degree of rotation, maximum repeatability with ± 3% accuracy and easy operation. The mekaster square drive wrenches come with either square drive or allen key drives with push-button drive release where no tools is needed to reverse as well as the ratchet hex wrench with quick exchange cassette. These ratchet hex wrenches do not require any tools for changing. The flat hexagonal cassettes provided by mekaster are optimised for smallest radius and are suitable for tightening and loosening in confined spaces. The company supplies a wide range of electric and air operating power console for use with these torque wrenches, which incorporates german made hydraulic unit with high flow pumps. These high flow pumps incorporated with these electric and air operating power console come with 2-and 3-stage operation for faster cycle time and continuous pressure torque setting with fine adjustments. Some of the other features of these hydraulic torque wrenches include system over pressure, safety release valve, auto retract, oil level indicator, oil temperature gauge, etc. The company supplies consoles with 6 m long twin line hose. The mekaster tools, console and hose come equipped with features of high pressure, quick coupler designed with non-drip connection/disconnection and safety ring for locking sleeve to prevent accidental disconnection.
