| Mayuresh engineers & fabricators manufactures magnetic particle testing machines for large scale and small-scale industries with good quality and reasonable price. The company provides fully automatic or semi automatic machines according to the need of those industries. The company supplies latest special purpose machine, which is used for checking surface and near surface, subsurface cracks and inclusions in high tension insulator caps and ball pins at the rate of around 6 jobs per minute. These machines have an output of up to 3000 a for circular magnetization up to 7.5 kat for longitudinal magnetisation. With these qualities these machines are appropriate for testing components up to 300 mm long, 120 mm dia and 10 kg weight. The magnetisation process starts with clamping of the job by compressed air, spraying of magnetic bath on the job. Magnetization shot and declamping is done automatically. As long as the cycle switch is on the cycle repeats automatically. There is an additional facility to detect cracks in all directions in one operation. These products are supplied with a30-litre magnetic bath tank with circulation and agitation system. Inspection is done under black light. Demagnetisation is carried out on a separate coil type of demagnetizer. Power: 415 v, 3-phase, 50 hz, 75 a intermittent: and compressed air: 5 kg/cm².
