The range includes, calibration gas mixtures, special purposes applicatoin gas mixtures and gas handling equipments. Calibration standards prepared from ultra-high purity gases using sophisticated instruments and certified to the maximum accurately and minimum deviation from certified value. Special process application mixtures are accurate to serve the purpose the best way. If one expects any quality improvement by changing the composition of the mixture, the company can provide it. Its calibration gas standard, normal preparation tolerance and analutical accuracy to certified value are given. Component level - preparation tolerance - analysis accuracy to certified value ; 1 vpm - 5vpm - +/- 0.5 vpm - 99 percent ; 5vpm - 10 vpm - +/- 1 vpm - 99 percent ; 10 vpm - 1 percent - +/- 10 percent minor component - 99 percent ; 1 percent -50 percent - +/- 5 percent minor component - 99 percent .
