| Marsman manufactures secondary hsi horizontal shaft impact crusher for producing high quality cubical shape stone aggregate material. The crushers fetch high ratio reduction, direct control of product gradation and excellent cubical product shape. The company supplies the secondary his crushers in three models with 50, 100 and 200 tonnes per hour capacity. The crushers are available with salient features like rolled and electro-welded steel bed frame fitted with one tiltable lid ratchet lever operated opening device for easy and comfortable inspection and servicing; rotor equipped with grinding plates to impact the material against suspended anvils; two oscillating impact anvils carrying their bars may be regulated and fixed mechanically depending on fixed and regulated adjustment; elastic suspension through steel springs; inner part touching the material to be crushed is protected by special anti-wear; interchangeable steel plates may be fixed and dismantled very easily and cast steel bearing housing with spherical roller bearings protected against dust by seal labyrinths and grease lubricated bearings.
