| Manleo designs has introduced various kinds of machine tool probes such as rotary edge finders, 2d slip ball datum finders, and 3d datum finders. They are useful in jig boring machines, milling/boring machines with dro, and cnc milling and boring machines, for taking work offsets, bore centres, and measuring important dimensions on components. These machine tool probes are very fast, accurate, and help in productivity increase by 10% to 40% depending on the production run of the machine tools. 2d and 3d datum finder stylus can be set concentric to the spindle rotation within 5 microns tir, and stylus repeatability within 2 microns.
