• Add to Inquiry Basket | Luthra pneumsys provides a rigid [non-flexible] pipe and instant pipe fitting arrangement of sizes 12/15/20/22 and 28 mm. This replaces cumbersome gi/copper pipe and fittings with instant pipefittings and easy to cut rigid [non flexible] piping. The john guest system reduces time taken for assembly by almost 50%. The fittings are push fit type, like the conventional fittings used in pneumatic applications, only the pipes are of rigid [non flexible] anodized aluminium material. The pipe has to be simply cut with a cutter and `push fit` into the fitting. Unlike conventional gi/copper piping systems- no soldering, crimping or screwing is required.
null leakage can be achieved in the compressed air system, as long as it is functional. The system can withstand a system pressure of 10 bars; hence it can be used for connecting compressed air lines in factories, workshops, machinery, and outdoor applications. The fittings are made of acetyl co polymer and are fda approved; they can be used in pharmaceutical and consumption purposes. These fittings can be used use in mineral water, drinking water, food grade machinery and hence it covers almost all food grade products. The fittings are long lasting and can be disconnected and can be used repeatedly over a long period of time.
