• Add to Inquiry Basket | Luthra pneumsys offers a unique rigid [non-flexible] pipe and instant pipe fitting arrangement of sizes 15/20/22/28 mm size, which reduces time taken for assembly by almost 50%. The fittings are push fit type like the conventional fittings used in pneumatic applications, only the pipes are of rigid [non-flexible] type in aluminium/nylon/composite material. The pipe has to be simply cut with a cutter and `push fit` into the fitting and the connection is made. So, no soldering, crimping or screwing required like in conventional gi/copper piping systems. The system specification includes that it can withstand a system pressure of 10 bar. For which it can be used for connecting compressed air lines in factories, work-shops, machinery, outdoor applications. The fittings being of acetal co-polymer have application with food grade applications if used with composite pipe. So, the pipe and fittings can be used for pharma/mineral water/drinking water/food grade machinery, etc. |
