• Add to Inquiry Basket | Kana electromechs supplies temperature scanner. The temperature scanners are designed to monitor, display, annunciate & trip upto 32 temperature points. The input can be rtd or thermocouple. Display is provided to indicate the process temperature, the channel being scanned and the process parameter, if any. For the control action hi & lo set points can be programmed as per the input channel grouping requirement. Input channels can be divided into 4 groups and each group will have 2 set points. In case temperature exceeds the set limits, the corresponding relay status is indicated by channel leds. 4-20ma output proportional to the process temperature of the input channels can also be provided optionally. Six key membrane keyboard is provided to select various modes, control parameters, relay logic, instrument range, baud rate & calibration of a scanner.

Password protected factory mode for selecting i/p type, measurement range etc.
4-20ma output corresponding to maximum temperature or any selected channel.
4-20ma output complimentary to maximum temperature facility to track the channel number.
Automatic lead length compensation [for rtd input] and cold junction compensation [for tc input] is provided.
Fully linearised output and display for any type of input.
Separate units for accepting rtd input, thermocouple input [any type of tc like j,k,r,s,t,b,e & n]
Special model suitable to accept 4-20ma input with facility to individually program the range and parameter of input channels.
Rs-232 / rs-485 serial port [optional] with modbus-rtu protocol.
Data logging [with programmable interval]
Customized pc based software for modbus master. |
