These composite tungsten carbide wear pads are developed first time in india by a technocrat having 30 years experience in welding. For pulversing, crushing, mining and drilling applications, made of angular blocky granules of tungsten carbide bonded together by german silver alloy, these wear pads act as an ideal. These carbide wear pads find their applications in: fishing tools, stabilisers, deep well drilling casings, milling cutters, oil well drills, drill bits [short tails], pulverising hammers, mill liners, sand mixing blades and others wear sever abrasion occurs in ceramic cement and coal industries. General specification includes: hardness of this pads: 200 bhn [matrix] 89-91 ra carbide. |
