Jaykrishna magnetics manufactures permanent magnetic drum pulleys with indigenous technology for processing industries. These magnetic drum pulleys can replace drive pulleys at the end of conveyor belts and comes with features like sullied and easy installations. The magnetic drum pulleys are available with a magnetic head roller that extracts iron particles from materials flow and caries them to underside of the belt where it is to be removed and colleted. The drum pulleys are also available with head roller magnets for conveyor belts sullied in permanent magnets that are fitted with powerful and isotropic hard ferrite or high intensity nd-fe-b rare earth magnets. These permanent magnets can operate without power supplies. The magnetic drum pulleys are available with two magnet systems with longitudinal polar field distribution for use with low level iron contaminations and thin material layers and lateral polar field distribution for greater material thickness and large iron particles.
