Replaceable type seat and flapper to prevent replacement of full housing due to wear.
Provided with side windows for inspection of internal and for easy replacement of seat and flapper in installed condition.
Seat and flapper made of Ni-hard material to withstand abrasion and ensure long life.

These are specially designed to prevent bridging of material in the valve and enable in-situ replacement of seat & flapper.
The valves are ideal for air lock, batching or metering applications in free flowing bulk materials.
Temperature Suitability: -20 to 900°C
Closing Area: Pressure tight in product flow area as well as to environment.
Available sizes: 200 Sq. To 400 Sq.
Available versions : DFG SH [ Small height ] & DFG FH [Full height]
Mode of operations: Counter weight, Pneumatic, Geared motor
Mating faces of seat and flappers lapped to a high accuracy for improved leak tight performance.
Provided with sealed bearing for trouble free operation in dusty condition.
Provided with external shaft and support pad for mounting of pneumatic cylinder on both side.
